Shipping Policy

We, at IPPO Fashion, try our best to deliver your orders as soon as they are ready to be delivered and ensure you find them in best quality. We use different shipping methods with FREE shipping facility but there are certain factors that impact on shipping of your orders that are described below:

  • We ship your orders using DHL, TNT, FedEx, & UPS once the order is confirmed and ready to be shipped.
  • Usually, an order may take up to 6-7 business days to be delivered at the given address. In peak days or during holidays, the duration may exceed to 14-15 business days.
  • As your order is confirmed by our secure online system, you are given a tracking number to stay up to date about your order. If the order doesn’t arrive within the above mentioned period, you may share the tracking code with our customer reps on 012345 and resolve the issue.
  • Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse after final inspection, we email you to notify on the email address that you register either during order placement or the one attached with your account at IPPO Fashion.
  • We also send a notification text on the phone number provided by you during the order placement to let you know about the dispatch of your order and the expected time of delivery.
  • To ensure the order is shipped within the mentioned time, we request you to provide a valid address for avoiding any issues in receiving your items.
  • We try our best to keep your experience uninterrupted and comfortable. This is why we assign you a tracking code every time you shop with IPPO Fashion. You may mention this tracking code on call, within email (email at info@ippofashion.eu) or when chatting with of our dedicated customer representative to confirm the status of your order.

We try to add more areas within our shipping range and currently the shipment is only available in below mentioned cities. Please check if your city/area is in our range to select the right shipping method.
