And we have set certain policies to address your concerns with respect to returns and refunds policy to help you understand your rights and our duties towards our products when they are delivered at your physical address. Before submitting a return or refund ticket, we’d urge you to read our ‘Returns & Refunds’ policy as mentioned here under:
- IPPO Fashion allows you to request a return, exchange a product or request a refund within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
- You need to inform us within 48 hours either on call (12345), via email (email@example.com) or by submitting a return/refund ticket to register your query for refund/return of a product.
- We are not responsible for processing your refund/return request against the items that you no longer need or have lost the taste after 48 hours of delivery.
- If you find a product small or large in size than you ordered on our portal, you may return it and request an exchange to find the right size of your item.
- You may return a product that is wrongly delivered to you either in exchange of the right item or for a refund within the given time period.
- Please note that all requests for exchanges of a defective, wrong color or size are processed within 3-5 business days.
- You’ll have to cover the shipping when returning your order either for exchange or when requesting a refund against your order.
Your request for refund against a wrongly delivered order, articles of wrong color or size issues will take at least 15-25 business days. Please be noted that any public holiday may impact on the processing period.
